Welcome to Angels In Aus
Angels in Aus is a registered NDIS Service Providers in Melbourne.
We provide services as a second family to the disabled people to help them live independently and provide continous support and care.
At Angels in Aus will help to achieve your goals to live as autonomously as possible.
A happy and healthy life at home means different things to different people. This is why Angels in Aus offers an extensive range of care services to Australians customised around your lifestyle and healthcare needs. Angels in Aus sets your needs accordingly to what is best for you.
At Angels in Aus, residents and families always have choices. We listen and learn, adapting care to individual needs and preferences, and we provide welcome advice so families can ensure the best care possible for their loved one.
NDIS individual support packages will be available to people who:
• have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in the community or employment and for which they require care and support;
• are under the age of 65 years.
This is what the NDIS is all about. It was established to give you more choice and control over how, when and where your supports are provided. Before you get involved with the NDIS, think about the disability related services and supports you have in your life. What’s working or what’s not working for you.
NDIS has been set up to fund all sorts of supports that are “reasonable and necessary”. No two people are entirely the same so every person’s plan will be different; your plan will be tailored to your individual needs and choice of supports. These can include
- House Cleaning
- Paying Bills
- Assist Personal Activities
- Household Task
- Participate Community
- Assist Travel Transport
- Assist In Accomodation And Tenancy
- Community Nursing Care
- Assist In Interpreter Or Translator
- Vision Equipment
- Plan Management
Assistance with employment and education and a range of other activities. This is about you living a full life.
You can go to the Access Checklist page on the NDIS website. This is an accessible online list of questions and will tell you in a few minutes if the NDIS will be likely to support you. It checks information about you and any supports you may need to live your life. It is an easy needs-based assessment, rather than ruling in or out a specific type of disability. It also checks where you live so you can find out when the NDIS is coming to your area.
You can get in touch with our lovely staff by making an appointment or calling.
